ROOMS DESCRIPTION

We have three rooms- A, B and C available for short term rental. All rooms are located in an apartment building called 'Rutika Apartments'. It is a four story residential apartment building. There is no elevator.

Rooms A, B and C

Rooms A, B, and C are located on the fourth floor in a single furnished apartment.

Rooms A, B, and C share a spacious furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen with utensils, gas stove & refrigerator, and a beautiful open terrace.

RENTAL DURATION

We rent the rooms on monthly basis from 1st of the month to the end of the month.

Monthly rent is charged in full for partial stays. When possible we do try to accommodate requests of early arrival, however it is usually not possible due to back to back bookings.

If you are arriving earlier we suggest you to make alternative arrangement. Information on alternative arrangement is given on Useful Services page.

CANCELLATION

Please email us to re-confirm your travel plans at least 15 days prior to your arrival. If you are unable to travel for any reason, please inform us of your cancellation as soon as possible. Advance of ₹7,000 is not refundable.

Room - A

Equipped for double occupancy.
15'X13' with 2 beds.

Room A can be rented by one or shared between two people. Private attached bathroom. Cupboard for personal items. Shared kitchen, living room and terrace.

Rent-

₹19000/per month/per person(If the room is shared between two people)

₹26000/per month/per person(If the room is rented by one person)

Room - B

Equipped for single occupancy.

10'X11' with one bed.

Private attached bathroom. Cupboard for personal items. Shared kitchen, living room and terrace.

Rent-

₹25000/per month/per person

Room - C

Equipped for single occupancy.

10'X10' with one bed.

Private detached bathroom. Although detached, it is for an exclusive use of Room-C occupant. Cupboard for personal items. Shared kitchen, living room and terrace.

Rent-

₹24000/per month/per person

FOLLOWING RENTS ARE APPLICABLE TO THE MOVE-IN DATE AS OF TODAY.
RENT AT THE TIME OF MOVE-IN IS APPLIED TO THE BOOKING.
WE KEEP OUR CHARGES VERY REASONABLE, HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE RENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
BALANCE RENT AFTER ADVANCE IS COLLECTED AT THE TIME-OF MOVE-IN
*BOOKING ADVANCE OF ₹7000/- IS NON REFUNDABLE IF THE BOOKING is CANCELLED. *Explained here

We provide premium amenities at a reasonable cost. Please read the room descriptions and look at the pictures to determine the suitable accommodation to you.

CHECK-INCHECK-OUT

Our check-in and check out times are designed to meet the arriving and departing guests flight schedules.

Check-in time for arriving guests is 8:00 AM on the first day of their booking.

Check-out time for guests leaving is 3:00 PM on the last day of their booking.

Above schedule is required to be observed in order to finish inspection, cleaning, sanitizing and get the rooms ready for the arriving guests.

FINE PRINT

Bookings are non-transferable.

Sleepovers by non-tenants are strictly prohibited.

Guests are requested to refrain from activities involving loud noises, noisy get-togethers or any activity which might disturb the peace of other residents of the apartment building.

We reserve the right to deny service to any individual at Smitapark's management's discretion.
