Sending money via Western Union is a safe and quick way of transfering funds. We request you to send the *deposit of ₹7000 PER PERSON via Western Union to confirm your booking.
*Deposit is adjusted in rent upon your arrival. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if booking is cancelled or no show.
You have a choice of personally visiting any Western Union location worldwide or using their online interface. Money is transferred virtually instantly at a fractional cost than traditional wire transfer. None of your personal financial information is shared with vendors.

Choose the option 'Money in Minutes'.

Fill in Receiver's Information as follows (you may not need all of the following information)-

In the field 'Send money', enter ₹7,000 Or appropriate amount if sending advance for more than one person.

Sign-into your account OR sign-up for an account (it is a one time process).

Enter your valid contact phone number (WU may contact you if this is your first transaction).

DO NOT select any additional services as additional charges may apply.

Enter your credit or debit card information.

Review and complete the transfer.If you are using WU for the first time, you may need to call a toll free number to verify and confirm the transfer.

You will receive an email confirmation of the transfer from Western Union with "MTCN number". We need the MTCN number to pick up the transfer.

Forward the MTCN number to smitapark@gmail.com along with the following information of ALL persons in your group including yourself.
- Your Name (First & Last)
- Gender
- City & Country of Residence
- Contact email
- Contact phone
You will receive an email confirmation from WU as well as from Smitapark as soon as the transfer is picked up.
*Advance is non-refundable if you cancel the booking or no show, otherwise the advance will be adjusted in the room rent payment.
BOOKING PROCEDURE

Send room rental inquiry via email or using the easy form.

You will get a reply informing you the current availability of the room(s) during your desired duration.

Email back to inform if we shall hold the room for you.

You will receive the reply from us depending on the latest availability status.

Send non-refundable advance of INR 7,000 PER PERSON via WU within 3 days AFTER we inform you that the room is on hold in your name.
NOTE

Booking is not considered confirmed until we receive the non-refundable advance deposit.

Bookings are made on first come first served basis.

You will get the confirmation via email as soon as the advance deposit is received.

Room(s) may be given away if we do not hear from you within two days after we confirm room availability OR if we do not receive the deposit within three days after we confirm the room hold.

Two Copies of passport, Indian visa and itinerary shall be furnished IMMEDIATELY at the time of check-in.
